• The registration fee includes attendance for one person for all events on Wednesday, Sept. 25th  and Thursday, Sept. 26th.

• Members, Utility and Supplier Affiliate Members, receive 1 complimentary ticket, as a member benefit.

•  You must register in order to attend and use your Promo Code to claim your free registration.

• Members have received information on the Promo Code to enter upon checkout.

Non-Member Registration - ($995 Per Person)

• If you would like to attend all day Wednesday, we welcome you to join as a Member.

Supplier Showcase - ($995)

• Becoming a Showcase Supplier is available to Supplier Affiliate Members only. 

• The table-top includes: 1 registration; 1-6 ft. table covered, 2 chairs and ID sign. 

• Electrical and audio visual material are extra.

• Once you sign up to be a Showcase Supplier additional information will be sent to you.

Cancellation - (If I have to cancel, is there a refund?)

• SSCA understands this may happen. We welcome substitutions. 

• If you cancel before August 1st you will receive a full refund.

• After August 1st you will receive 50%.

• After August 15th we are unable to refund due to the commitments we have to make by that time.
