THE SSCA IS AN ORGANIZATION OF UTILITIES AND SUPPLIERS WORKING TOGETHER TO
ADVANCE SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES IN UTILITY SUPPLY CHAIN AND SUPPLIER NETWORKS
OUR MISSION
The SSCA is leading the industry in enhancing and promoting sustainable supply chain practices across utilities and suppliers with activities that aim to improve the sustainability of the products and services utilities buy and use, as well as the performance of suppliers and supply chain operations.
This is done by:

At the SSCA, we aim to deliver value to our members by being a resource in which they can lean on to work more
effectively AND efficiently.
We do this by:

Developing and facilitating peer to peer work teams that address opportunities and challenges of the industry

Managing a leading data collection tool for ESG metrics and data

Offering education in the form of trainings, events and peer discussion through our Community Platform

Completing and communicating deliverables in a comprehensive and easily understood format
OUR MEMBERSHIP
Electric Utility Membership:
Open to all electric utilities whose portfolio includes non-electric utilities in North America.

Supplier Affiliate Membership:
Open to firms and or individuals who have an interest in advancing sustainability within the electric
utility supply chain.
